My experience
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the world of finance and business administration.
With over 25 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of businesses, including medical practices, higher education institutions, and various service-based businesses. Through these experiences, I’ve honed my expertise in navigating the unique financial landscapes of different industries, allowing me to provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.

Melanie Nicole Paine is a dedicated Junior Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant, bringing a diverse background and a passion for assisting business owners to her role. With several years of experience as a case manager for homeless veterans, Melanie developed invaluable skills in communication, problem-solving, and empathy. She also excels in face and body art, showcasing her creativity and attention to detail.
Recently transitioning back to business, Melanie leverages her experience as a case manager to provide exceptional support to businesses, combining her administrative expertise with her compassionate approach to client care. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, she approaches her work with a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation.
She values honesty, integrity, and service, striving to make a positive impact in every aspect of her work. With a goal to study data science and become a data scientist in the future, Melanie is committed to enhancing her skills to further assist businesses in achieving their goals. In addition to her professional pursuits, Melanie finds solace and inspiration in nature while hiking on trails and indulges her love for music by attending concerts. Melanie is a proud dog owner to Flip and Missy, who bring joy and companionship to her life.
