Hi, I'm Stacey Halbert 👋 Founder of Two Cats Bookkeeping, numbers nerd, and your official judgment-free bookkeeper.
I spent 25+ years in the corporate and small business world before becoming a bookkeeper, including scaling a medical practice from one location to three as their Director of Operations. I’ve been in the weeds of real businesses, and all the chaos and financial messes that come along with it.
I kept seeing the same thing, over and over again: smart, capable business owners - people running demolition companies, medical practices, auto body shops, acquiring companies or running more than 1 - completely stuck because nobody ever helped them build a real financial system, and now they have 0 clue where their money is going!
That’s what Two Cats Bookkeeping is built to solve.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida. But what matters more than my credentials is that I know exactly what it feels like to be behind, overwhelmed, and unsure of why you can’t scale.
